Lemonade or Nimbu Pani is a simple summer cooler. It is not only refreshing it has a cooling effect on the body and is good for the digestive system as well. Add a little twist to your regular nimbu pani by adding grated apples to it!
Water: 5 glasses
Jaggery powder: as per taste
Mint Paste: 2 tbsp
Black Salt : 1 tbsp or as per taste
Apple: 1 (grated)
Cumin Powder: 1 tbsp
In a jug or large bowl take 5 glasses of water. Juice lemons and add to the water.
Add grated apple.
Now, add all the other ingredients and stir well.
We love the taste that jaggery powder adds to this simple drink!
