Kharbuja with Honey and Lime - stay hydrated naturally!

Melons or kharbujas are found in abundance during the summer months. This water-rich food is nature’s gift to keep us hydrated. Kharbujas are sweet and tasty by themselves so you can have them as it is. But for a variation, you could try having them like this!

Ingredients
  • Cantaloupe (Kharbuja) - 1 (Medium Sized, Peeled)
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Lime- 1
Method
  • Slice the kharbujainto ribbons as thin as possible.
  • Drizzle honey on it.
  • Top it with lime juice and serve.

Eating Guide:

  • Food Group: Fruits
  • Fruits are pre-digested foods and also a great source of fibre & nutrition. Add them liberally to your dietary intake.
  • Best to have in the morning and not to be mixed with any other food group.
  • Water-rich fruits and veggies are a wonderful way to stay hydrated naturally.
