
Ginger Bottle gourd juice for Keeping it cool.

Bottle gourd has always been beneficial for a very long time whenever we think of lauki. Apart from the routine vegetable, the other best thing we think of is Bottle gourd juice. Bottle gourd juice has always been in the limelight due to its best action on almost all the parts of the body from keeping your heart healthy to keeping your body temperature fresh.
This is what your body needs to cut down that unhealthy fat but how to reap more benefits from that pure Bottle gourd juice, add ginger in it and enhance the effects.
Yes, this is what we will be doing.
Ingredients
• Bottle gourd: 1 (cut into big pieces, de-seeded)
• Ginger: 1 inch, remove the upper skin.
• Coriander: 50 grams or half a cup
• Water as per the consistency
• Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon.
Method
• Blend the cut and de-seeded bottle gourd, ginger and add coriander well in a blender.
• Add water as per the consistency you desire and blend them all again.
• Add lemon juice in it.
Time to get healthier.

hi aarti. you can have it 30-45 minutes before your lunch or dinner. you can also replace morning/evening tea/coffee with sieved vegetable juice.
