Ingredients

Dried plum (Aaloo Bukhara) 4 pieces
Tamarind (3 pieces)
Jaggery (according to taste)

Method
  • Take a glass of water and soak plum, tamarind and jaggery in it for 8-12 hours.
  • Then slighty crush and agitate it extract out the maximum content.
  • Strain it, cool it and enjoy the salubrious drink.
