Broccoli bean salad

We've always heard about body detox with juices but do you know you can detoxify your body with some healthy salads too! Here's one such recipe of a wonderful salad with a delicious dressing that is enticing enough to make a healthy eating.

 Let's go! 
You will need: 
Peas: 1 cup
Broccoli- 1
Beans- 2 cups
Spinach- handful
Carrot shredded- 1 cup

For the dressing:
Cashews (pre soaked for 6 hours)- half cup
Bell pepper (capsicum)- 1
Lemon juice- 1tsp

-Seperate the broccoli into florets.
-chop the beans and spinach.
-steam the broccoli, beans and peas together for about 8-10 mins, once they're done combine them with the spinach and top it with shredded carrots.
- For the dressing, blend together half cup of cashews with one cup of roughly chopped Bell pepper and add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Once done, pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

There you go your healthy salad is ready to serve.
