Raw Mango Cucumber Salad - An Easy To Make Salad

This Thai style cucumber and raw mango salad, is a no-cooking involved recipe and practically takes no time to be put together! The tangy raw mangoes along with fresh cucumbers and onions make for a crunchy, flavourful dish, with the nutrition of raw vegetables!

Ingredients
  • Raw Mango: 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Cucumber: 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Onions: 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Coriander: handful
  • Thai Red chillies: 2-3 (sliced)

Dressing:

  • Cold pressed mustard oil: 2 -3 tsp (Optional)
  • Lemon juice: 1-2 tsp (Add with caution as raw mango is used)
  • Jaggery powder: 2 tsp
Method
  • Toss all the ingredients together with hands.
  • Put in the dressing ingredients.
  • Mix well with hands (If using chilly do not forget to wash hands).

Your raw mango salad is ready. Yummy!!
