Banana choco popsicle - dairy free, sugar free

Ground and frozen raw banana popsicle with the goodness of dates and cacao nibs. This was made as a surprise by my 14-year-old and for a change, I enjoyed eating a snack like a proud mother.

Ingredients
  • Banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • Kimia Dates ( soft variety)
  • Soaked cashew
  • Raisins
Method
  • Grind banana, dates, raisins, soaked cashew with some water to an idly batter consistency
  • Mix cacao nibs
  • Pour in popsicle moulds and freeze overnight
  • Before using, dip in hot water and slowly unmould.
