ये दक्षिण भारत का स्वाद और सेहत से भरा मीठा भोजन है। बनाना आसन, खाना आसन और पचाना और भी आसान है।

Ingredients

  • मण्डुआ (Ragi flour) - 100 g
  • सुखा खोपरा - 100 g
  • गुड़ - 50 g
  • एलायची पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  • पानी- 200 ml

Method

Step 1. कढ़ाई में ragi आटा डालें और 5 मिनट लगातार चलाते हुए मध्यम आँच पर भूनें।

Step 2. पानी गर्म करें गुड़ को डाल करें जब गुड़ पिघल जाए तो इसको आटे में मिलाएँ।

Step 3. सुखा खोपरा को काट कर पीस लें और आटे में मिलाएँ साथ ही इलायची पाउडर भी डालें।

अब सभी को अच्छे से मिला कर ढक कर रख दें।

ठंडा होने पर लड्डू का आकार दें।
