Seeds also have good effects on sugar and Blood pressure control. So, here is the easiest and healthiest recipe.

Ingredients
  • Flax seeds (50 gms)
  • Fennel seeds (50 gms)
  • White sesame seeds (50 gms)
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cold-pressed oil 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method
  • Take a pan, one teaspoon cold-pressed oil (optional), start with roasting it white sesame seeds, then roast fennel seeds and flax seeds in a pan.
  • Put a teaspoon of turmeric and Himalayan pink salt together.
  • Let it cool down and store in a container.
