Carrot & Radish Salad - add the goodness on raw veggies!

Simply and quick-to-do salad! Great way to incorporate raw carrots and radish in your intake. Make the most of these modest veggies when in season. Seasonal vegetables are not only easy on the pocket but also taste the best and provide ample nutrition.

  • Carrot - 1
  • Radish - 2
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - As required (finely chopped)
  • Green Chillies- As per taste
  • Wash the veggies thoroughly. Grate the carrots and radish
  • Take a big mixing bowl and toss the coriander, fresh lime juice with carrot and radish
  • Serve it fresh.

  • Veggies, are loaded with enzymes and high water content. They aid in digestion and act as a daily dose of vitamins and minerals.
  • Best had without salt
