सफ़ेद पेठे का जूस पाचन क्रिया को दुरुस्त करने में अहम भूमिका निभाता है। ये जूस कैन्सर, लिवर के रोग, पथरी, शुगर, ब्लडप्रेशर में बहुत ही लाभदायक होता है। 

 

Ingredients

सफ़ेद पेठा (ashguard) - 20 g

करी पत्ता - 4 से 5

पानी - 150 ml

Method

1. सफ़ेद पेठे को धो लें और बीच से बीज हटा लें।

2. अब करी पत्ते के साथ बारीक पीस लें।

3. 150ml पानी मिला कर सर्व करें।

इसको छान ने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
