Broccoli Salad - CANT PUBLISH - USES ACV

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ chopped red or sweet onion
  • ½ cup raisins


  • ½ cup cashews, soaked (4-6 hours) and drained
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 6 tbsp water
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the broccoli, sunflower seeds, red onion and raisins.
  • In a blender, combine the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat.
