Fennel seeds help in dealing with constipation and very good remedy if you suffering from IBS. Boil these ingredients together and you can reap the benefits of this tea.

  • One tablespoon fennel seeds.
  • One teaspoon turmeric
  • One teaspoon honey (Optional)
  • Water 3 cups
  • Take a steel vessel and pour 3 cups of water in it.
  • After boiling it for 5 minutes, add one tablespoon of fennel seeds turmeric. Let it boil till 3 cups water becomes two cups.
  • Add honey for taste if you want (optional)
