Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 steamed potato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp roasted and roughly crushed peanuts
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander (optional)
  • rock salt to taste
Method

Mix and toss to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
