Ingredients
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 3 tbsp dill leaves
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
Method
  • Combine the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Add carrots, dill and spring onions.
  • Toss well and serve.
