Purple cabbage: 1.5 cups (chopped)
Fresh green peas: ½ cup
Green chili: 1 no(slit)
Ginger: 1 inch (finely chopped)
Coconut nut:1/4 cup (grated)
Rock Salt: to taste
Steam together chopped cabbage, peas, slit green chili and chopped ginger.
Once cooked mix salt and stir in freshly grated coconut.
Serve as a dry sabji with your meals.
Purple cabbage can be replaced with regular cabbage in this recipe.

It can be easily consumed during meals, combined with other food groups.
Lightly cooked/steamed veggies ensure the water content and enzymes are retained, both a must for good digestion and overall nourishment through food!
