Purple cabbage Peas sabji --Oil-Free!

Add color to your meals! Bring a rainbow to your table. We often hear how important it is to incorporate all of nature’s bounty in our meals. Get creative and mix and match to make your meals look vibrant and for you to feel more vibrant.

  • Purple cabbage: 1.5 cups (chopped)
  • Fresh green peas: ½ cup
  • Green chili: 1 no(slit)
  • Ginger: 1 inch (finely chopped)
  • Coconut nut:1/4 cup (grated)
  • Rock Salt: to taste
  • Steam together chopped cabbage, peas, slit green chili and chopped ginger.
  • Once cooked mix salt and stir in freshly grated coconut.
  • Serve as a dry sabji with your meals.

  • Purple cabbage can be replaced with regular cabbage in this recipe.
