Tabbouleh is a middle eastern delicacy made of soaked broken wheat and a mix of herbs garlic tomatoes and a lime dressing.
Try this cauliflower tabbouleh without wheat. Juicy and delectable. You’ll love it.
Cauliflower: 1 cup (grated)
Tomato: ¼ cup (cubes)
Mint: ¼ cup (chopped)
Coriander: ¼ cup (chopped)
Cucumber: ¼ cup (cubes)
Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
Lime juice: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 2 cloves
Rock salt: to taste
Pumpkin seeds: 1 tbsp
Crush garlic, mix with lime juice and salt to prepare the dressing.
Mix all other ingredients together and serve by adding the dressing just before serving/eating.
Use parsley in place of coriander.
You can also add cashew cream as a dressing.
