Ingredients
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Sesame (ground to paste)
  • Ground pepper
  • Garlic crushed
  • Fresh basil
  • Lemon juice
Method
  • Mix lemon juice, sesame, salt and garlic to make the dressing.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and pour the dressing over it.
  • Decorate the salad with the chopped fresh basil before serving.
