Mango Fruit Cream With No Dairy

Make most of Mango when in season. This fruit cream with no dairy, is a delightful way to enjoy fruits in summer. Prep time only about 20 minutes. For creamier texture, you can add home made coconut milk. Else just eat as is !

Ingredients
  • Mango pulp (fresh): 1 cup
  • Coconut milk (thick): 1 cup
  • Ripe mangoes: 2
  • Apples or peaches: 2
  • Pomegranate (Anaardaana): 1 cup
  • Other fruit (any fruit ) of your choice:1 cup
  • Cardamom& saffron: As per taste (1/2 to 1 tsp)
  • Honey: as per taste (optional)
Method
  • Cut all the fruits in small pieces (except anaar daana)
  • Mix all the fruits in a bowl with mango pulp
  • Add thick coconut milk & give a good mix
  • Set in fridge to cool
  • Taste test, if you want more sweetness, add some honey
  • Add some elaichi powder and saffron 
  • Mango fruit cream is ready to eat

Serve in your best looking bowls! Enjoy!

You can also use peach, plum, or any other ripe fruits of your choice as per season.

Remember to eat alone and not mixed with meals. A fruit based dessert should be had 30 minutes prior to a main meal or 2 hours after, for optimal digestion
