सलाद में नमक नींबू का प्रयोग वर्जित है क्योंकि नमक नींबू के प्रयोग करने से सलाद का पोषक तत्वों में कमी आता है। फिर भी शुरुआती दिनों में नमक नींबू का प्रयोग करें।
लेकिन यह जानतेेेेेे हुए कि सलाद में नमक नींबूू के प्रयोग से औषधीय गुण नष्ट हो जातेे हैं।
म्यूकस इन्फेक्शन में यह बहुत ही लाभकारी है।

Ingredients

फूलगोभी 100 ग्राम
गाजर 200 ग्राम
टमाटर  200 ग्राम
जुकीनी 100 ग्राम 
ताजाा नारियल 50 ग्राम

Method

फूल गोभी और टमाटर को बारीक कटिंग करें
गाजर और ज़ुकिनी को कद्दूकस कर लें।
नारियल को बारीक कद्दूकस कर लें।
थोड़ा सा गाजर और अलग रखकर सभी सामग्री को एक साथ मिलाा दे और एक प्लेट में सलाद को परोसें और कद्दूकस किए हुए गाजर को गोलाई से लगा दे।
