Guava drink - all natural, no artificial or hidden ingredients

Guava is enriched with fibre and is a very good natural laxative. This drink is a concoction of vitamin C and fibre.
You can have this with your afternoon snack or to complement any dish.

Ingredients

2 ripened guavas
Jaggery ( according to taste)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rock salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger juice

Method

  1. Cut guava in small pieces and combine with 2 cups of water and jaggery in a broad pan, stir on a medium flame for 10 - 15 min
  2. Cool it and blend in a mixer to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. Then add other ingredients (lemon juice, rock salt, black pepper and ginger juice) and blend them.
  4. Add 3 spoons of this mixture to a glass and fill with chilled water , mix well and serve immediately.
