The best way to eat fruits is as such. We can add variety to it by making a tasty tangy dip to make fruit eating more interesting.
Try this Cinnamon Dates sauce to enhance the flavor of the humble Apple.
Seedless Dates: 15 nos
Lime juice: 1-2 tbsp
Rock salt: a pinch
Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
Apples: 2 nos(sliced)
Soak dates in just enough water for about 8 hours.
In a blender jar, add the soaked dates, salt, cinnamon powder and 1 tbsp lime juice and blend until smooth.
Use the soaked water to blend. Add little plain water to get the right consistency.
Check the taste and add more lime juice if required.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with apple slices.
You can add an extra zing by adding ½ tsp of ginger juice to the sauce.
Try serving with other fruits too.
