Coriander is high in vitamin as winters are here, we get high-quality coriander rich in Vitamin A and helps in the growth of the body. It is time to mix coriander and guava to enjoy this rich season of wellness.

Guava is a rich source of Vitamin C, and coriander has iron in it, this recipe is a perfect combination of iron absorption in your body.

Ingredients
  • A bunch of Coriander
  • 1 ripe Guava (de-seed)
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • 1 green chilli
  • Half Pomegranate
  • Himalayan Pink Salt 1 teaspoon.
  • Water making the consistency of dip thicker.
Method
  • Collect all the ingredients and wash coriander leaves and guava thoroughly. Blend coriander, guava, green chilli.
  • Add lemon juice, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt. Blend water as per consistency keeping it thicker.
  • Garnish with pomegranate.
