For the curds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cupcoconut milk
  • 10 curry leaves
  • ginger chilli paste to taste
  • salt
  • juice of ½ lime

Vegetables and Garnish

  • 1 cup chopped or grated veggies of your choice
  • coriander as garnish
  • Blend all curd ingredients together to make a smooth creamy curd.
  • Mix in veggies of your choice and garnish.
