I want flatten my belly fat any idea pls tell me

Eat only when you are hungry, sleep well especially work well(physically) seems to be a different one but shows the result very slowly but the best way to a fittest body

Flattening your belly will need special attention from you. A whole plant based diet with maximum of fresh fruits and vegetables will have to be followed. 

Usually our intestines carry a lot of Old matter which could not be eliminated so try to improve your bowel movement. 

What helps in regularising your bowel evacuation is lot of physical movement and mental peace or a relaxed mind. And to bring about both these in your life follow the instructions given below 

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7  Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

8 Practice yoga and learn some belly flattening asanas and do it regularly.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

I say let's not fear the sun because its the life giver for all forms of life on earth! Use your instincts - morning & early evening sun is soothing. In winters sun is soothing all day long. In summers, you will get a sun burn if you are out in the harsh sun. Animals use their instincts so beautifully for this. Delhi winters early morning pollution can be at its peak, so we do sunning a little bit late.......Go with the flow.

Hello Dr.Swati Dhariwal,
All you have mentioned are true and I appreciate your answer to reduce belly fat.
Except for one point, you have asked him to get himself exposed to sunlight ,either early in the morning or just before sunset, what is the rationale behind this?? Is it to get vitamin D?
Please don't take me wrong , this is just a healthy discussion to clarify our doubts.

Suns rays can not cause cancer ... it gives all life. All the animals and plants are constantly in the open. But they do not get cancer until they are fed and cared by the human beings. The animals that live in sync with nature and who follow their natural species specific life style never get cancer. Only the creatures who are living in natural lifestyles who have lots of toxins in the body end up with cancer. Cancer is the stage where the body has completely given up on removal of toxins. And it is not caused by the sun.

Yes, thank you for the wonderful explanation and i accept it whole heartedly, I would like to share my knowledge regarding sun exposure and vitamin D synthesis. The ideal time we should be exposed to the sun's rays is between 10am to 4pm, that too with 3/4th of our skin exposed to direct sunlight, this is the time when one gets the maximum amount of ultra-violet B rays, which is used to make vitamin D.(our shadows should be shorter than us when exposed to the sun) The early morning and late evening sun's rays are more dominant in UV-a rays which may be carcinogenic. Let's search for the truth. Thank you for the positive participation.

Exposure to the sunlight is one of the basic needs of the body. Sunlight along with fresh air water soil and space are the five basic tarttvas that the body is made of. I call air, sunlight and water along with grounding our basic food or primary food( energy ) the fruits and vegetables we eat are secondary food. So the sun exposure gives us direct energy and strengthens our nervous system. One you get the direct food from nature I have seen that we tend to eat lesser amount of secondary foods. As our basic needs are taken care of to an extent already. It ultimately helps us to get in sync with nature more and helps us make better choices in food. We tend to gravitate more towards fruits and veggies rather than towards lifeless food.?
In short the sun adds life to our life and helps us choose life and not dead food.
Well it doesn’t happen overnight.... but it does happen gradually. One needs to experience it to understand it.

Hi Renu ,

Cook oil free and avoid street food, junk food  processed foods.

Have raw fruits and vegetables as your main meal.
Include sprouts, nuts,Dry fruits to your diet.

Do jogging, cycling, yoga specially paschimottan asana,suryanamaskar, parvat asana.

Drink a lot of water throughout the day.

Cut dairy products like milk,butter, curd from your diet and also other animal products like meat.

To reduce Belly fat the best exercise is suryanamaskar you can start wt 5 set increase it upto 15 sets of suryanamaskar it will definitely helps you 
Secondly use hot water in morning it reduce toxic from body and helps in reduction of weight you can also take honey wt water at night 
You should avoid fast food, oily substances and also food containing carbs and fat

The best way to reduce tummy weight is to not eat carbs and sugars. Planks are the best form of exercise , in addition to Kapalbharti that can help you to burn fats from the belly. 

Also please sip from turmeric tea, and hot lemon tea ..At least 5 times a day...😊

Sweat it out , do abs , planks etc .

Eat clean and healthy - avoid animal based foods - diary meat eggs fish , avoid sugar or any processed sweetners

 

Stay high on raw food fruits veggies and greens for all ur day . Avoid nuts seeds oils . 

 

Exercise experiences work well with raw food than animal food and all the protein myths.

नमस्ते

 

जो भी कुछ हम खा रहे हैं वो ठीक से हज़म हो कर शरीर से निष्कासन (elimination) ठीक से नहीं हो कर अतिरिक्त वसा (fat) में बदल जाता है।

आसन

(Posture) पर ध्यान दें। मेरुदंड (spine) हमेशा उठते सोते बैठते खाते पीते हुए सीधा होना चाहिए।

 शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
