Mam it's Priya and I do have a problem of loose motions, and I m loosing my weight and my body getting week day by day plz help me. Since 2 years I m facing this now I m completely done. I consult many doctors but no result found. Plz help me.

Please dont lose hope. When the body keeps removing waste matter this way it shows that the inerstines are very weak and are not functioning normally, and it is not able to process what ever food you are offering it. The body stops cooperating of functioning normally when it has been overloaded with work or toxic matter. This could lead to inflammation too,

The best wat to begin healing is letting the digestive system go into complete rest mode. More food that stays in the stomach for long hours will cause further irritation. So eat only that which can be easily digested and assimilated. Eat only when really hungry and dont eat when in doubt.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

You may also try

1 apply a wet towel srap around your stomach, the towel could cover the area from your diaphragm to the lower belly for 30 minutes every morning and whenever your stomach is empty and light.

2 You can try the hip bath too for faster results.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Dear Priya ,you may take heart from my own case, at the age of 23 yrs I sufffered from the same affliction and tried Ayurveda, homeopathy, allopathy for 6- 7 yrs but all three systems failed to address my disease and as a sequel of heavy drugging i was in bad ridden condition then i availed of nature cure and become alright. 
As a start avoid all cereal breakfast like bread,paratha, poha etc. Instead drink 70 ml of bael patra juice or 70 ml ashgourd juice and bask in the sun for 30 mins. Put a wet pack 30 mins on the abdomen, lunch should consist of boiled vegetabels and salads along with coconut scrappings, take a spinal bath at 3pm for 20 mins at 5 pm, take a glass of fresh fruit juice or tender coconut water. Dinner should consist of 1 roti along with boiled vegetables and salad and thereafter apply stimulating wet pack on abdomen for 1 to 2 hours.

Hello Namaste,

Change your Diet & Lifestyle by including- Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fruit juices should be consumed to reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach.

Strictly avoid- Tea, coffee, milk and any dairy products, alcohol and carbonated beverages.

Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce inflammation caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Do simple yoga and seek advice from yoga expert to strengthen your digestive system.

Try this and see the improvement.

नमस्ते प्रिया

हाज़मा बिगड़ गया है इसीलिए ये समस्या हो रही है आप नारियल पानी और पेठे (Ashguard) का जूस पर हर एक दिन छोड़ के एक दिन (alternat day)उपवास करें। ऐसा 21 दिन करें।

हमारा शरीर 5 तत्व से बना हुआ है वो 5 तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णतया स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ।ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें|

खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर सुती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिलाकर पीएँ।2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल में केला खाएँ। 

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें।इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ। ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
