Hi, I am suffering from PCOD and depression. I have taken the treatment for depression. Now I have stopped the treatment. But after stopping I have menstrual bleeding. It is still continue from last 15 days. Can you suggest any treatment to stop it.

Hello,bleeding causes sort of discomfort and dizziness so to stop it in natural way follow the treatment atleast after 2 hours of your meal ,dip 3 medium sized napkins in ice cold water n squeeze them and put them on your inner thighs and lower abdomen for 5-10minutes follow the treatment for atleast 3days for results.This is temporary treatment but for your PCOD you need to take treatment in person.

Pcos is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back to track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in 3-4 months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. 

Worked with someone with similar combinations of issues and she also quit her depression tabs. Later on she realised that she had an array of issues such as thyroid pcod alopecia etc. followed lifestyle changes and healed everything. Quitting Depression meds might have triggered a small cleaning process too and hence that change has led to excess bleeding. It can also be that the uterus had been compromised and cleansing. Any lifestyle change triggers a change in the menstrual cycle and that’s natural. Excess bleeding is a sign of excess toxins being released by the body too. Discharge with odour, deep red or brown to black, excess tissues, fatigue, cramps, pains etc are signs that body needs a lideochange. I suggest that u detox on a disciplined lifestyle and after a period of healing crisis or cleanse without depending on meds, things will be ok.

 

Morning on empty stomach 

Celery juice 250 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 

Followed by - 

Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered

Hello rima,
I suggest you to follow diet therapy and hydrotherapy treatment protocol. I highly suggest you to go for fasting therapy for minimum of 10 days. Start with fruit fasting for 3-4 days and when you get comfortable to go for juice fasting for 2- 3 days and then back to fruits and back to raw diet fasting. With fasting you should continue to take cold abdominal pack daily twice after 2hr of food.Once the bleeding stop go for cold ice hip bath daily for 5-10 min once a day after 3-4 hr of the meal.If you feel weakness during the fasting i suggest you to take beetroot juice, lemon honey juice or mosambi or pomogranate juice Daily once or twice. Include alots of fruits and green leafy vegetables and pulses boiled or sprout form.
After that you can change your lifestyle and concentrate on healthy living. Dont take stress and tension pcod is curable through Nature.

Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Beans are recommended. Nuts should be avoided.

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अनुलोम विलोम और भ्रमारि प्रयाणाम करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ। गर्भाशय पर खीरा + नीम का पेस्ट लगाएँ। गर्भाशय पर दिन में दो बार कपूर मिश्रित नारियल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Hi dear a healthy body is the one where you follow a natural lifestyle. 

 

When body cells work in a favourable environment thats the natural state of the body..

Infact there is nothing called disease in the body. The disease is Dis - ease means when our body is not comfortable because of bad lifestyle. 

 

A natural lifestyle is the most healthy thing for our life and body. With bad lifestyle and eating food which is more in producing acid ash (refer to https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/1/do-you-know-about-the-body-s-acid-alkaline-balance), our body toxin level goes higher than it can handle. A food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body. Body gets at dis- ease. 

 

Our body has five eliminatory organs 

1. Skin 

2. Kidney

3. Liver 

4. Lungs 

5. Colon 

Body throws these toxins through these organs. You need to focus on these organs and help your body to release toxins. Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make the following changes in your diet and life you will be giving an opportunity to your body it heals itself. 

 

Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent. I suggest below changes. 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 

2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 

3. Start every day with this belief that body can heal itself. 

4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey water in summer. You can also add few drops of lemon to the same. 

5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 

6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegetable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 

7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 

8. Evening tea should be herbal tea. 

9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM

पीसीओडी या पॉलीसिस्टिक ओवेरियन डिसऑर्डर में मासिक के दौरान बनने वाले पुटिका में एंड्रोजन हार्मोन की अधिकता व  कई पुटीकाएं बन जाने व समय से समाप्त न होने की वजह सेेे हार्मोंस असंतुलित हो जाते हैं ,अधिक मात्रा में रक्त स्राव ,तनाव चेहरेेे पर बाल इत्यादि समस्याएं देखने को मिलते हैं।
