Hi everyone.. I m suffering hair loss from last 2 years. What should I do to regain the receding hairline also hair regrowth

The main cause for premature loss of hair is just like premature aging of our body. Both are results of low vitality and high level of toxaemia in the body. It can be a sign of inherited genetic weakness too. 

This can be reversed by following a completely nature based lifestyle and food habits. And the reversal will take time but it can always happen. 

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Start your day with juicy seasonal and local fresh fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible. Consume around 50% of fruits 35% of veggies 10 % of grains or sprouts  and 5 % of nuts. Finish your last meal before the sun sets.  Don’t eat if you are not hungry and never over eat . Try to be on raw food atleast 80%.

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Slowly with time new tissues will build up and as your hair go into the renewal mode you will see more of black hairs coming out. 

This procedure could take a couple of years to show results..... so be patient.

Okay....so I had this hair fall from my first year of my degree......I tried lots of stuff.....barely anything works.....so I started avoiding shampoo...and used to wash my hair seperately with soft water or filtered water......or might use oil before any hair bath.....so this stopped my hair fall....and yeah if u r going to expose Ur scalp under sun....it's worse...or even using hot water for hair bath....so best is use oil before exposure to sun........

So now....how I got better new hair....I used this onion boiled water....after getting cooled I washed with it....like every thrice a week....so now it's been a year.....no hair problem......btw I am live in Chennai.....lot of sunlight heat...hardwater...and the water so salty man..so good care and those stuffs helped me a lot....

Hair loss is very common problem in today's generation there are lots of Reasons behind loss like environment factors, any fungal infection, nutrition deficiency, hereditary problem etc so first of all you should try to detect it's exact cause 
There are some natural ways through which we can stop hair fall are
Use onion juice in night 
Neem swaras you can use for hairs
U can consume aawla powder wt mulethi powder this both can be easily available at home 
Do some yoga aasans like shirshasan and anulom vilom

Namaste,

Many a times hairloss occurs due to constipation.
Include high fiber and natural foods to your diet like seasonal fruits and vegetables. These foods are for our healthy body which nature has given us.
Avoid packed food,deep fried foods,oily foods.
Drink ample of water.
Exercise regularly.
Avoid too much washing of your Hair
If you are suffering from Dandruff problem treat on priority.
Prepare herbal hair oil at home and apply regularly.
Munch almonds, dates, drink curry leaf juice, massage your scalp gently to have good blood circulation.
Have a healthy life style.

You can make a hair oil at home. This will definitely work. I hv tried on my hair.
Take mustard oil (1 bowl) 1 big onion 1 tb sp methi dana 1 tb so amla powder iron kadhai.
Switch on the gas n place iron kadahi. Then pour mustard oil n all the ingredients except amla powder. Cook it on the low flame until the color of onion changes into black. Then put amla powder n cook fr another 2 mins.
Ur oil is made. U shud apply Luke warm oil. Twice a week. N u can feel the result in 1 month.

Basically hair is a genetic traits and their strongitivty based on genes 
But some other factors also affect hairs
*Pollution
*Diet
*Improper takecare
*Badlifestyle
*Alcohol/cigratee
*Low physical activity


Try to work on above factors
And apply onion extract with oil 45min before bathing #twice a week

नमस्ते

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है, रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।
