I have hair fall. And dandruff is stick yo my head like stone. I usually scratch it off. What to do? A change in lifestyle or food. Plzz suggest

Firstly for Hair fall you need to use organic coconut oil and mix methi (fenugreek leaves or crushed seeds). The process is to firstly boil the coconut oil and then add fenugreek leaves or seeds and let it continue boiling till it reaches the boiling point. Let the oil cool, store it in a container and use it every night, this should help you with your hairfall instantly. 

For Dandruff, you need to take plant based yogurt and mix one whole lime into it. Apply the mixture to your scalp every other day till you are relieved from your dandruff condition. 

For Food you need to once again be on fruit rich diet and plant based seeds. Fruits and sunflower or melon seeds can help you to keep your hair healthy. 

You cut out from all processed foods and everything that is refined. Also, your positive affirmation to your body helps in regenerating back the discrepancies formed. Therefore, love yourself, be thankful for your hair and your positive attitude will create and generate new cells that can give you a complete transformation.

Healthy hair can be achieved by cleansing yourself of all toxic deposits internally.The hair that you have is the reflection of the internal status of your body. How can you help your body cleanse internally?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall health quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

There are more things that you can do to improve your hair health externally.

The best hair product would be something that you could get from nature. I prepare a powder of shikakai and other things and use it as a hair wash.

Shikakai powder

Shikakai 1 kg

Dry amla 200 GMs

Green moong 200 GMs

Rice 200 GMs

Ritha 50 GMs

Fenugreek seeds 200 GMs

Get this ground at the flour mill and use a little, make a passer by adding water and use it every time you wash your hair.

As for conditioning I either use fresh aloe Vera gel or a decoction of hibiscus flowers.

To remove dandruff

Dandruff is nothing but toxins being eliminated from the scalp. Keep your scalp clean by washing it regularly. But dont use any chemical based products.Instead you may massage it with sesame oil. let it soak for 30 minutes. Then rub lemon juice in your scalp and let it soak for 0 minutes again.You can use shikakai powder to wash your hair and scalp. this procedure can be done once a week till dandruff is completely removed. Coconut oil usage is also good on a regular basis.

Get off / remove the following from ur life :-


all animal products like diary eggs meat fish

Sugar and sugary foods 

Fried foods and foods cooked with oil even in tadka( consume whole coconut / whole peanuts etc )

Store bought namkeens and tasty junk 


Go high on fruits veggies and greens for all your day and eat cooked only in the night. 

Clear your bowels every day after natural motion daily with water enema 

Wash ur head with cold water only and don’t use any hot 

Practice upside down yogasana poses 

Practice pranayama 

Use this fresh hair / body wash I created at home and many have been using this for a long time now. Go off using any oils and you can also just use plain water for hair wash. शरीर में अम्लीयता अधिक होने से यह समस्या होती है।आपके शरीर में excess प्रोटीन बन रहा या जमा है। आपका पाचन तंत्र (digestive system) प्रोटीन को पचा नहीं पा रहा है।अपच (undigested) प्रोटीन के वजह से आपके शरीर में 

परेशानी हो रही है। आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन से परहेज़ करें।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है, रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।


मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

 सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल पीस कर मिला लें।


लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ।
