Hii my mom age is 45 and she has bad cholesterol level because of medicine she has a headache problem also so plz give me suggestion what should I do to control her Cholesterol

One bunch of green pudina leaves and one bunch of green dhania leaves.
Mix and smash them in grinder and make chatni
Take two glass of hot water and mix above chatni in them.
You can mix one fresh imaly, haldi, black pepper and salt as per your taste.
Take above mixture twice daily before any meal for fifteen days.

Cholesterol ncreases the risk of heart diseases and other cardiac complications

Some ways to manage it :

  • Consume Healthy Diet - Reduce saturated fatty acids mainly those foods that are from animal or meat sources could be great risk to health and could burden the heart.Omega- 3 fatty rich foods may be best food for heart which could drastically bring down your cholesterol levels. Consume lot of solubl fibre mainly foods likeoatmeal, kidney beans, Brussels sprouts, apples and pears are rich in soluble fibre
  • Exercise daily. Exercises like brisk walking, using stepswhile climbing down the stairs by avoiding elevators, cylcing, walking, yoga etc are good activities to increase your activities to burn up excess fat in the body. 
  • Increase your weight loss if obese so that the heart is less burdened. Reduce the intake of sugarated drinks which could add weight.

The above said are just guidelines and it is always to have a diet chart worked out from your Dietitian and Consultant Cardiologist.
