I am feeling tired so much and cant do work or study, what can I do?

Hi there, 

Just take enough rest and do not strain yourself further . 
Drink plenty of water and increase your liquid intake so that you do not dehydrate.  
Take tender coconut water , watermelon , banana and apple . 
Make sure that you're getting an adequate amount of sleep .

Hii,
Dont worry first if give priorty to your self.
leave all things which are not necessary.
stay away from energy vampires.
listen good music n practice meditation.
To remove stress choose a hobby like cooking planting or any thing you like.
Body movement n flexiblity is important for that you can do dance or exercise daily.
For energy you should choose energy boosting food and avoid undigestive food.

avoid potato wheat high protein diet oils,salt sugar processed food which is not easily digestive it takes more energy n time to digest .
eat fresh digestive hydrated food which are necessary for good health consume atleast 50 percent fruits n salads so your body n brain can obtain important minerals . this diet is helpful to remove tiredness.
eat nuts instead of oily undigestive snacks bread.
stay hydrated.

All issues in the body are majorly because of this condition called toxaemia. This is nothing but an excessive collection of toxins in the body. When the body is busy trying to deal with toxins, it will have no time ,  it will have no energy for your other activities. This is why you feel that you absolutely have a lack of energy to do other daily activities.  To change this balance, you have to ensure that the toxins are less and the amount of energy that you are getting for your daily activities is sufficient. How do you do this? By consuming food that is easy for digestion and thats nutritious. When your digestive load reduces, your body will find sufficient time in cleaning you up. Read it as efficient energy as well.  The issue starts as a result of the excessive toxic buildup and an unclean gut. So the only way to get out of this vicious circle, is to initially go high on a liquid diet, the liquids coming from fruits vegetables and greens, tender coconut lime water and then slowly including fruits vegetables and greens.  this will also clean you up and improve the energy available for your daily activities. . Rest a lot when body asks for it.  Apart from this, you will have to start connecting with nature like exposing yourself to the sun for about 30 minutes,  going for a brisk walk, adding yoga and Pranayam to your daily routine. Practice gratitude compassion and unconditional love. Lead a stressfree life, forgive people who hurt you and forget the hurt that people caused. Find all the happiness that you may have in your heart within yourself and not from external sources.

  1. Proper sleep
  2. Running or brisk walking
  3. Raw salads and fruits will make you energetic
  4. Avoid eating spicy foods and preserved foods
  5. Follow gluten free diet
  6. Avoid animal products
  7. Take bath in cold water avoid taking bath in hot water

Hi 

  • Primary advice is to take proper healthy balanced diet.  
  • Add more seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. 
  • Soak nuts and dry fruits and take daily in the morning. Especially almond, walnut, raisin and dates. 
  • Take small meals in regular interval.
  • Take proper sleep of 7-8 Hrs. 
  • Take a short break and do some physical activities like chair yoga or stretching in the workplace or during studies. 
  • Add some physical exercise and yoga is also advised to be added in your daily routine.
  • Drink more water and always keep hydrated. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee and artificial drinks and packed juices etc.

Improve water intake during the day
Concentrate on regular sleeping
Sleep between 9-11PM is wonderful remedy
Deep meditation and light diet patterns are life style traits which can help you a lot
Also be careful about gut cleansing
Early morning water 2-4 glass will boost your energy

नमस्ते,

      अधिक मात्रा में तली भुनी, चॉकलेट, बिस्किट, चीजेंं ,मांस ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,चीनी ,मिठाईयां इत्यादि का सेवन करने से मल का निष्कासन सही तरीके से नहीं हो पाता जिससे शरीर में सुस्ती आने लगती है !

*प्रतिदिन प्रातः काल गुनगुने पानी का सेवन करें !

*गुनगुने पानी एनिमा  !

 *पेट व माथे पर मिट्टी की पट्टी ! (20मिनट)

*पूरे शरीर का  ठंडे जल का अंतर्जल मालिश  (10मिनट)

*प्रातः काल 7:00 से 9:00 के बीच -केला /अमरूद /आम /अनार /मौसमी /गाजर के जूस का सेवन!

*प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के समय व सूर्यास्त से एक घंटा पहले 45 मिनट धूप में बैठे !

*खुलकर हंसे !

*भोजन से 30 मिनट पहले और भोजन के 90 मिनट बाद जल पिए !

*रात्रि का भोजन सायं 5:00 से 7:00 के बीच अवश्य कर ले !

नमस्ते

शरीर में पोषक तत्व की कमी के कारण ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी भी एक मुख्य कारण है।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पके हुए खाने के बाद 10 से 12 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। 70% कच्चा और 30% पका हुआ खाना शरीर की ज़रूरत है।

दौड़ सुबह ख़ाली पेट लगाएँ।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। 

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

 कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
