Hello ma'am 
Hypothyroidism indicates thyroid gland inefficiency due to which proper hormones are not secreted in body 
Some of good natural remedies are there which helps you in a hypothyroid condition 
Firstly hydrated your body drink proper amount of water 
Use turmeric, Ginger , in your food
You can use nettles it's good for hypo and hyper thyroidic conditions 
Don't skip meal and Breakfst 
Last most importantly do exercise and yoga 
Best yoga for you mandukasan and suryanamaskar

Hello Ji,

When level of impurities and toxins increase in the system stores them and leads to Thyroid. The prime cause of Hypothyroidism is the deficiency of Iodine. In many cases, this disease is caused by pituitary or hypothalamic disease or certain medications.

Hence you face,

Menstrual disorders

Acne

Abnormal hair growth on face

Hair fall from scalp

Weight gain

Insulin resistance

change your life style and diet by including Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Beans are recommended. Nuts should be eaten in moderation.

Grains such as barley, chickpea and millet are recommended. Do not take too much wheat or rice.

Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity.

Thyroid is hormonal imbalace 
First of all balance thougt process by adopting Tratka meditation
Massage around throught with Luke warm mustard oil
Put two drops of PANCH TULSI oil after each meal
Cleanse nosal cavity with same once in a week
Jalneti and gargle with ginger water can help you
Thyroid simboliz with clove flower so gargle with clove water can prove beneficial misxed with Black pepper and honey.
You can boil them and then garle with Luke warm
Avoid cold, spicy and hot eatings
Normal temperature is best
