I am type 1 diabetes and ckd stage 3 creatine is 2 urea is 41 hbaic 6. 8 can it be cured no appetite age is 48 since 30 years diabetes. I have digestion problem.

When we take any medicine for a long period of time the kidneys which have to process it and filter it start getting tired and stop to work gradually. The diabetes it self was a reflection of your body being laden with toxins and your pancreas and other glands not working normally. That had resulted in the first place from enervation, that is tiring of your body and slowly slowly going into inactive mode as there is lack of vitality.

so to reverse your symptoms you have to work on removing all those practices from your lifestyle that are taxing your vitality and draining it. We also need to add the food habits and lifestyle habits that could support in proper vitality management and put a break on the draining.

What is it that you need to include in your life style to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning.

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body.

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Let go of all that doesn’t serve you.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Foods to be strictly kept off

1 milk and milk products
2 white maida, white sugar, white salt.
3 no packaged and processed foods. No outside food too from restaurants.
4 no baked stuff like toast buiscuits etc
5 no namkeens and sweets from shop

6 Stop all meat and eggs

Foods to be included

  1. fresh locally grown seasonal fruits
  2. fresh vegetables especially bottle gourd juice

Eat only when hungry and drink water only if thirsty.

Rest your kidneys and digestive system by consuming the least.

What else could do

  1. 1 Take a hip bath every night just before going to bed.
  2. Take a spinal bath every morning
  3. You could take a hot and cold fomentation on your lower back every evening
  4. Monitor your urine. Urinate atleast equal amount od liquid that you have consumed.

First you should avoid heavy diet like rajma chana chick peas gram flour wheat all types of dairy products like milk cheese paneer ,high ptotein diet also. stop eating cabbage tomato ,potato ,guava,starchy food,tea . 
The most important you should avoid high intake of water n liquid also.Avoid all types of oil and oilbased food ,cookies bread etc.
For you can take cranberry, plum peach,ashguard,bottleguard,torai cucumber,parsley zucchini.
Acupressure n massage therapy is helpful.
avoid spice like turmeric,garlic,red chilli corriander .
Ginger therapy is helpful in this disease.
the most important Do meditation . givec enough rest to the body listen good music.

Type 1 Diabetes is actually insulin dependent diabetes where pancreas lose its ability to produce insulin. Well there is no physical condition that cannot be cured. Firstly, you need to be confident about recovering from your health problem naturally. When you opt natural modality it is a process where a lot of patience, determination and consistency is required. In your case right now, you need to change your diet to just consuming a lot of greens which includes Spinach, Collard Greens, Green Beans, and other vegetables such as Bitter gourd, Bottle Gourd, Tomatoes, etc.

In your case, Yoga or any kind of physical work out for 45 minutes daily is extremely important. You need to start your day by exposing yourself to the first rays of Sun and during that time you can do a small positive affirmation meditation, where you be grateful for the life you have.

Many times we focus a lot on our health issues and that creates a lot of negative energy which neutralizes our effort. So, therefore, though you are struggling with so many physical issues, try to not look at the process of healing, but visualize the outcome, of how you would feel if you were completely healed and when Doctor gives you a clean report about your health.

शरीर में अम्लीयता अधिक होने से यह समस्या होती है।आपके शरीर में excess प्रोटीन बन रहा या जमा है। आपका पाचन तंत्र (digestive system) प्रोटीन को पचा नहीं पा रहा है। शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे।आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन से परहेज़ करें।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। भुजंग आसन करें। मकरासन करें। अनुलोम विलोम करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। नारियल तेल से मेरुदंड की घड़ी की सीधी दिशा  (clockwise)में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा  (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं देना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। रसिले फल लें। सेब, नाशपाती, पपीता, अमरूद इत्यादि।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें।नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद। 

एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है स्वतः मल त्याग करने के बाद। अगले 15 दिनों के लिए ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।15 दिन बाद केवल हफ़्ते एक बार टोना लें। ये आँत को टोन करता है।

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्तिथि है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्तिथि होती है।
