Please suggest exercise or yoga for the brain

Namaste

Deep Breathing pranayam, Anulom vilom and omkar chanting are very good for brain. Over all yoga practicing will calm your mind, improve your metabolism and help your brain work better.

But what is best is over all lifestyle change and food habit change to bring you closer to nature. which will result in improving your vitality, cleansing and healing of your body ... which in turn will result in a healthier brain and will result in better brain activity.

Brahmari pranayam

Hello Mr. Saravanan,

Our brain plays a phenomenal role in carrying out our daily activities it's our responsibility to maintain the HEALTH of brain. 

Yogasanas aid for the better functioning of the human body. 

Asanas and pranayama are more efficient tool to maintain good brain activity.

Superbrain Yoga: 

  • Just hold your right earlobe with left thumb and index finger, left earlobe with right thumb and index finger. 
  • Inhale and squat down slowly stay FRO few seconds
  • Exhale and come up
  • Repeat this for 10-15 sets daily. 

Asanas:

  • Padmasana
  • Paschimottanasana
  • Sarvangasana
  • Sethu bandhasana
  • Sirasasana
  • Surya namaskar 3-5 rounds 

Pranayama:

  • Nadi shuddhi Pranayama
  • Bhramari pranayama 

Practice deep breathing and meditation. 

These practices are more beneficial for your brain.

Hello,

Perform bhrahmri pranayam and meditation regularly. 

You can also perform suryanamaskar. 
Doing skipping, jogging are also good as they stimulates a good circulation of blood all over the body.

Hello :)

Every morning with your first sunrays you can do 'Suryanamaskar', Pranayam (Breathing Exercise), Kapalbharti...which is a work out entire abdomen system which in return is connected with your Brain. 

Also, walk in the morning can be excellent as well :)

नमस्ते

 

सुर्य नमस्कार, अर्धसिरशासन और भ्रामरी प्रयाणाम, लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। ख़ाली पेट अमृत रस पीएँ इनमें से कोई भी एक जैसे पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें या नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

फल, सुखा फल, खजूर, किसमिस, अंजीर, मुनक्के के साथ लें सुबह नाश्ता फल का और दोपहर या रात का खाना सलाद का हो। कच्चे सब्ज़ी सलाद के रूप में लें। मेवे काजु, बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल मिला कर।मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
