Can anyone tell me the sources of tryptophan?

Pigmented fruits and Vegetables are rich sources of tryptophan

Hi

Tryptophan is an amino acid.  It present in all the protein sources.  Especially soyabeans  chick peas,  almonds,  buckwheat, peanuts, dried dates, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that serves several important purposes, like nitrogen balance in adults and growth in infants.
peanuts
pumpkin and sesame seeds
soy
Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, are a source of tryptophan.
