How can i cure my cervical and lower back pain. I am working and have sitting job. Any yoga or home remedies please suggest

you should take early bath in the morning removes negative energy from your aura. Do shambhavi prarayam with saharara(crown) chakra meditation and heart chakra meditation which help you to cure cervical. stop creating negative thoughts which impacts your mind and soul which effects your backbone. eat non inflammatory food like fruits n salads. stop consuminng tea or coffee which increase cortisol level in your body.

Regular exercises, short walk and yoga will help you to relieve cervical and backpain. 

Natural treatment as follows,

  • Alternate hot and Cold application on upper and lower back. 
  • Hot fomentaion during pain. 
  • Oil application on the back followed by IR lamp.
  • Mild massage on the back using Sesame oil/coconut oil 
  • Steam bath 

Yoga

  • Shalabhasana
  • Bhujangasana
  • Urdhva mukha svanasana
  • Markatasana 
  • Balasana
  • Marjariasana
  • Ustarasana 

Practice Nadi shuddhi pranayama regularly.

 

  • Drink more water 
  • Take fruited and vegetables regularly 
  • Consume unsaturated fat contains foods like flax seeds, almonds, walnuts.

First of all it is mandatory to get i tested or examined by a registered naturopath/orthopedician or physical therapist. Once after you got it diagnosed then it is best to go with Naturopathy + Physiotherapy + Yoga + Acupuncture. Integrative managements could give you best results.

Hot foementation or oil application with infrared application might be best to relieve pain

Physiotherapy and Yoga could be helpful to prevent the ailment aggrevating  further

Acupuncture needling for 10 days will be a pain management strategy.

NOTE: I have addressed your ailment on a generic nature as we need more examination results or outcome of the examination or other diagnostic reports...

Namaste 

For cervical and lower back pain there are certain asanas that will help you a lot

1 cat and camel pose

2 frog pose

3 butterfly 

4 kapotasan

5 raising your heels 10 times three repetitions

6 slow neck movement in all directions

7 Shoulder rotation

8 when ever you are sitting try to sit strainght with the head straight above the backbone.

9 when ever you are sitting for a long time get off your chair every half an hour and sit down in the Indian squat posture to stretch the nerves and relax the muscles in your lower body. 

10 move your neck from side to side, up n down and rotate in every thirty minutes

11 rotate your arms from the shoulder every thirty minutes.

12 If the pain is in the right side try using your left arm more to give some rest to the right arm.

 

This is just supportive. When ever in pain remember you need to rest. Continue with the asanas that don’t cause you more pain. With time you will come to know what’s working for you and what is not. You have to find the best suitable excercise for you by trial and error method.

What else you need to take care of?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall health quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Meat, eggs, fish, dairy etc

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and old unhealthy tissues you will see your health improve tremendously.

Cervical Spondylosis is a kind of Arthritis that affects cervical vertebrae and is characterized by pain at the back of the neck (radiating towards the upper limbs) and vertigo while bending downwards. There might be sensory loss and numbness in the upper limbs. 

From yoga expert learn Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains.

Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence.

Avoid physical and mental exertion.

Get a good night’s sleep.

Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil.

Remedy at home:

sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas.

Hi dear you need to take care of your body with more efforts with your sitting job.

Lets first understand what is a pain in the body. A pain is a signal to move to a natural lifestyle. I understand that your job is like that you are not getting much time to take care of yourself. 

Your body is the only friend you will have for life. A natural lifestyle is the most healthy thing for our life and body. With bad lifestyle and eating a food which is more in producing acid ash, our body toxin level goes higher than it can handle.. Food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body. And this ash is not favorite to our body and it eliminates same. Body gets at dis- ease and shows us through pain in different parts..

Our body has five eliminatory organs 

1. Skin 

2. Kidney

3. Liver 

4. Lungs 

5. Colon 

And you need to work on these organs to remove the toxins from your body to get rid of your pain. 

Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be able to improve on your pain. 

Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent. I suggest below changes. 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 

2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 

3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself. 

4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey water in summer.You can also add few drops of lemon to same. 

5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 

6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 

7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 

8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea. 

9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM 

10. Think positive and feel grateful for this beautiful life.

11. On your off days, give complete rest to your back..lie down for few hours after your lunch. 

12. Sit in a hot water bath for half and hour. 

13. Also take short breaks of getting up and relaxing your muscle in your job.

Hello, you will have to rest a lot to cure lower back issues and  that is the major solution to healing it. Any form of yoga exercises when pain is present is not going to help. Pain means that the body is healing that area and needs enough rest. To help in healing eat plenty of fruits veggies and leafy greens. Get a lot more of fruits and leafy greens into your daily routine in the form of juicing or salads . Eliminate all forms of animal foods such as dairy eggs meat fish From your lifestyle for ever. They will make your bones brittle.

Get plenty of sunlight exposure every single day for at least 30 to 40 minutes. 

Once you’re back pain heals, join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a practitioner.

नमस्ते

शरीर में अम्लीयता अधिक होने से यह समस्या होती है।आपके शरीर में excess प्रोटीन बन रहा या जमा है। आपका पाचन तंत्र (digestive system) प्रोटीन को पचा नहीं पा रहा है।अपच (undigested) प्रोटीन के वजह से आपके शरीर में  

में दाह (inflammation) उत्पन्न हो रहा है जो की दर्द का कारण है।

आसन (Posture) पर ध्यान दें। उनका मेरुदंड (spine) हमेशा उठते सोते बैठते खाते पीते हुए सीधा होना चाहिए। इस बीमारी में आहार और आसन (posture) का अहम भूमिका है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। दर्द वाले जगह दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से प्रेशर ना दें। दर्द वाले जगह पर लगाएँ खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 

 

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। ओशाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
