हेलो,

कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में कमी आती है।

समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

Some of the basic causes of Bronchial asthma might be one of the following reasons:

  • Allergens such as food, pollen from seasonal plants, mold , dust mites from house hold dust, and pet dander
  • Air pollution like smog and toxins
  • Weather conditions , especially extreme changes in temperature
  • Drugs like aspirin, NSAIDs, and beta-blockers
  • Food ingredients like Ajinomotto (such as MSG)
  • Emotional stress and anxiety conditions
  • Singing, laughing, or crying
  • Perfumes and fragrances strong in nature

The aim on Naturopathic medicine is to treat body as whole and eliminate the toxins from the body which could be achieved by following methods

Prmarily, the patient of Asthma should find the measures to cleanse the GIT and respiratory tract. Fasting  has been one of the best remedy for this. The patient could try short fast for one to two days and gradually come to liquid and fruit, diet. Thereafter, normal diet consisting of bland diets like roti and bottle gourd vegetable may be taken. Regular warm water enema may be taken daily during fast could enhance the toxin elimination. Cleansing of bowel is necessary for Asthma patients.

Naturopathic treatments like Hip bath, Hot foot bath and Chest pack give considerable relief to Asthma patients. Chest pack is one of the daily measure to tackle asthma and there are various studies which have shown the effectiveness of the same. In case of asthmatic attack Hot foot bath gives immediate relief. Cold and heavy meal should be avoided and the dinner should be very light. Try to complete dinner before sunset. Warm water should be used for drinking purposes especially with the meals which could be an effective measure.  The patients of Asthma should avoid addictions like tobacco, bidi, cigarette, pan masala and zarda etc. Honey may be used along with hot water and tulsi. The patients of Asthma should take morning walk regularly. Take care that deep breathing to be practised during walk.

In case of perturbed conditions, if there is a presence of severe cough then the patient must perform Kunjal kriya (voluntary vomiting) immediately which is also a cleansing and elimination process of Yoga, which could be practiced with lukewarm saline water under the guidance of trained yoga therapist or teacher. This could provide instantaneous relief by way of purging out excessive cough.

Kunjal kriya, Jala Neti, Sutra Neti and Vastra Dhauti  when practised everyday, one could find the frequency of occurance of asthmatic attacks in the forth coming seasons.  Yogic exercises  like Surya Namaskar, all exercises of Udara Shakti Vikasaka of Shukshma vyama may  be followed. Asanas like Tadasana, Katichakrasana, Ashwathasana, Tanasana, Sarvangasana, Chakrasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Vajrasana, Ushtrasana, Gornukhasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana. Malsyasana and Shavasana  might be useful in this conditions. Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Suryabhedi Pranayama, Uddiyana Bandha and Agnisara are  other practices which could also be beneficial in this conditon.

Our bodies are amazing. They have the power to get rid of all waste and toxins through either sweat, urine, stool, lungs, liver. When any of these elimination channel is blocked the body tries to restore it through various means to protect you. In your case , the body is producing excess mucus to protect the air pathways. The body is going through an acidic phase , but for it to function best it needs an alkaline environment. There are a couple of points which you can take care :

There are many factors that can lead to breathing issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity.Inhalers can help ease symptoms temporarily, but if you are suffering from chronic asthma and use your inhaler a lot, you may become immune to the steroids at some point. 

See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut,  the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produces excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues. The major root causes of all your problems is having excess animal foods such as dairy eggs meat fish. So elimination of these foods it’s self will ensure that the body makes way to clean itself. Secondly other foods that contribute to such issues are sugar, excess jaggery, the food with excess spices . Gluten here is an exception that you will have to makealthough  it comes from plants we will still have to remove it from our diet. Gluten is present in wheat maida barley oats and all the Rawa that is made from wheat. Do not attempt to eat any of the bakery products which are loaded with transfat. Oil and any greasy foods must be absolutely removed from the diet.

Hi,

Difficulty in breathing or shortness of breath may be simply termed Asthma. Inflammation in respiratory tractleads to recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, tightness of chest and cough particularly at night or early morning. As per Indian medicine, it is mainly caused by the Vata and Kapha doshas. 

Do’s and Don’ts:

  • Caused due to irregular improper food.
  • Avoid Excessive Intake of black gram, beans, sesame causes mucus and disturbance in Kapha.
  • Avoid milk and milk products and nonvegetarian foods.
  • Avoid mucus forming fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid drinking cold water and direct exposure to cold weather/climate.
  • Sip lukewarm mater regularly.
  • Exposure to pollutants like dust, smoke.
  • Suppression of natural urges also causes respiratory diseases.
  • Avoid coffee, tea, and other artificial beverages.
  • Use a mask to prevent pollution.
  • Avoid fatty, oily fried items.

Natural remedies:

  • Taking hot water mixed with honey daily will help you to get rid of wheezing.
  • When there is mucus/phlegm accumulation in the chest, taking inhalation of steam is good and relieves congestion.
  • Garlic also taken in a glass of water and the water is heated on a moderate flame for a few minutes and then that water can be taken daily to avoid wheezing. 
  • Take 1 betel leaf and 5 - 6 basil leaves (Tulasi) boil it in half glass of water for 5 min. Strain the water and add 1 teaspoon of honey, Mix and take this mixture every day once or twice.
  • Chewing basil leaves (Tulsi) daily helps to get rid of Wheezing, Asthma and other respiratory problems.
  • Diets and fruits containing vitamin C and E are to improve immunity. Add more fresh fruits and vegetables. Add more green leafy vegetables to your diet.
  • A well-balanced diet should be taken at regular intervals.
  • Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in a bowl of boiling water and take its steam. This helps in opening up any nasal blockages and facilitates easy breathing.

Practice Yoga regularly, Yoga stretching and breathing helps to boost flexibility and increase overall fitness.

दमा श्वास लेने में वाली नलिकाओं के  संकुचित होने और उनमें कफ जकड़ जाने से सांस लेने में परेशानी होती है, यह अधिकतर अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी व कब्ज की वजह से हो होता है ,पेट साफ नहीं होता ,जिससे अशुद्धियां शरीर में पड़ी रहती हैं, रक्त दूषित हो जाता है जिससे शरीर में कफ  की मात्रा बढ़ने लगती है और सांस लेने में दिक्कत होती है।
