How to increase the immune system of the body naturally?

Our Body is very intelligent to keep us Healthy from within.

But generally we ignore Signals of Body like ....Tiredness ,Stress Fatigue , Restlessness , Urine Quality , Stool Quality , Body Temperature , Activeness,  Gas , Acidity , Cough...etc. 

For Powerfull Immunity system let us follow some Laws of Nature. 

➡️ To avoid Storage of Toxins in any part of the body ...by observing Normal Cycles of Stool , Urine , Hunger and Sleep...(Avoid Toxins like Junk Food , Tin Food , Stale Food , Dairy Food and Fried Food.)

➡️ To keep one Diary and add Healthy Food everyday with varieties...like...Herbal Teas , Soups , Fresh Salads , Homely prepared Sprouts , Seasonal Fruits , Nuts... so that We Love to eat and Absorb all Healthy Benefits. (Few examples : Apple ,Orange , Avla , Tulsi , Pudina , Pepper , Cinamon stick , Ginger , Lauki , White and Yellow Pumpkins , Drumsticks , Brocoli , Almonds , Kismis.)

➡️ Art of Drinking Water : Chew Water sip by sip in mouth and then gulp it in stomach so that Healthy Saliva can process your food Smartly and convert into Blood and nutrients easily.

➡️ Healthy Family.. is our moral and mental support and it encourages and leads to Happiness and Strong Immunity. 

➡️ Visit nearest Nature Cure Centre for Cleansening process and rejuvanation once a Year or Practice some Yoga , Pranayam and Meditation at home.

Immunity is a medical word to imply that diseases must not come out and body must not eliminate anything. We don’t live in a pure or sterile environment.  Body will continue to detox forever. The way to be healthy is to ensure the energy consumption is efficient

Your solution to the problems is very simple. 

  • You will need to remove all kinds of animal products from your life containing dairy eggs meat fish packaged foods, Foods deep-fried sugary sweets et cetera. 
  • Focus on eating more fruit vegetables and leafy greens in all forms such as juices salads and whole throughout the day.
  • Consume cooked food only for dinner. 
  • Avoid bakery foods and maida-based products.
  • cook without oil. You can google oil free cooking which is also available on Wellcure . 
  • As a young man you will have to focus on moving your body. Hence join a yoga class or work under a functional expert and build muscles. Your focus on fruits and leafy greens will ensure that will also be able to build muscles yourself..
  •  Do not medicate at any cost when body eliminates naturally through its orifices . 
  • Switch to a complete juice diet for the entire day if the severity is more this will ensure that the body flushes all the toxins and then gives you the relief over a period of time your body will clear all the toxins and you will not be sick anymore. 
  • Excess consumption of animal products like dairy eggs fish meat will continue to keep people sick. Google on the cruelty in the dairy industry to understand the ethical aspects of dairy industry and how many cows suffer on a daily basis to give you a cup of coffee , understanding the ethical aspects of consumption of animal products will not only save the animals, the planet and also give you a great healthy life.
  • Learn to live in gratitude, serve the community, live a life of compassion and spread unconditional love to people around you, learn to seek happiness from within and do not expect happiness from outside.

हेलो,

हमारे शरीर का 70% ऊर्जा पाचन तंत्र में खाना पचाने में लगा रहता है क्योंकि हम केवल पका हुआ खाना को ही मुख्य भोजन के रूप में लेते हैं।

अगर हम अपना  मुख्य भोजन कच्चे form में सब्ज़ी और फल को बना लें तो पाचन तंत्र में लगने वाला ऊर्जा save कर के उससे रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ा सकते हैं।

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Some Healthy Tips to Enhance your immune system

  1. Avoid smoking or consumption of alcohol. These addictions could have a negative effect on your immune functions
  2. Eat a natural diet that is high in fruits and vegetables. Naturally acquired nutrients are more beneficial to enhance your immune functions and it is the best idea to consume seasonal fruits and vegetables
  3. Exercise regularly. Exercises like Yoga, Jogging, Cycling, Taichi etc could be a healthy method to slowly increase your immunity. Exercises could increase your metabolic activities and could improvise your bodily functions
  4. Maintain a healthy weight with an adequate lifestyle. early to bed and early to rise could be the best policy. It is very essential that you have at least 7-8 hours of sound sleep
  5. Get adequate sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential to increase the normal functions of your body and this could, in turn, increase your immunity
  6. Take steps to avoid infection through proper hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently or before foods and washing fruits and vegetables thoroughly before use.
