Cravings generally happen whenever you have not eaten for a long time our body's sugar level drops and our body starts craving for food rich in taste, the ideal way to stop such types of craving is to make these simple changes.

1. Small meals at regular intervals.

2. Whenever you have time have raw vegetables and fruits so that with a full stomach you will not crave for such things.

3. Avoid refined sugar and Salt.

4. Exercise daily, as it helps in regulating the body's metabolism.

5. A dehydrated body will increase the craving, drink a lot of water daily.

नमस्ते ,

आजकल की भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में तनाव की समस्या आम बात है तनाव की वजह से ,कम मात्रा में भोजन करने ,पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल का सेवन न करने की वजह से किसी ना किसी पदार्थ के सेवन की लालसा बन जाती है आगे चलकर यह आदत के रूप में परिणित हो जाती है ।

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू एवं शहद मिलाकर सेवन करें इससे शरीर मे स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

 

  • प्रतिदिन खीरा ,एलोवेरा, पालक ,अनार या टमाटर के जूस का सेवन करें।
  •  भोजन- अपने प्रतिदिन के भोजन में अधिकतर मौसमी फल व सब्जियों को शामिल करें, खूब चबा चबाकर खाएं।
  • जब भी प्यास लगेेेे मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरेेे सेवन करें।
  • प्रतिदिन कम से कम 30 मिनट तक मौन रहें।
  • प्रसन्न चित्त रहें ,खुलकर हंसे ,सकारात्मक सोचें।

प्रतिदिन अनुभवी योग एवं नेचुरोपैथी फिजीशियन के निर्देशन में कपालभाति, अनुलोम-विलोम एवं भ्रामरी प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करें, इसे पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति होती है ,मन शांत रहता है।

निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, तली भुनी चीजें, क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या , चिंता, तनाव।

कारण - neutral fat कीं कमी के कारण तले खाने का crav होता है।

शरीर में ऊर्जा कमी हो तो मीठे का तलब होता है ऐसे में फल और सुखा फल लें। शरीर में प्राकृतिक वसा की कमी हो तो तले भूने हुए चीज़ों को खाने का मन करता है ऐसे में काजु, बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल, तिल, अलसी, मूँगफली तरबूज़, ख़रबूज़ के बीज कद्दू के बीज लें। अधिक प्यास लग रहा तो मिनरल की कमी है। हरे पत्ते या हरे पत्ते की सब्ज़ी का जूस लें। बार बार भुख लगना यानी शरीर को वो पोषक तत्व नहीं मिल रहा है जिसकी ज़रूरत है। सलाद लें बिना नींबू नमक के मेवों (nuts) के साथ। नमक, मिर्ची, मसालों का तलब तो विटामिन c युक्त सब्ज़ी लें। टमाटर, सैलरी, धनिया पत्ता, करी पत्ता, बेल्पत्रा, पुदीना पत्ता सलाद में मिलाएँ या चटनी या herbal juice के रूप में सुबह के नाश्ते से एक घंटा पहले और दोपहर और रात के खाने से एक घंटे पहले लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है।

The only way to handle cravings is by leading a holistic lifestyle with high raw for a prolonged period of time. The first step is to quit all animal products. But this doesn’t stop the craving. It will only help the body to start detoxing. As you start including a lot of juices from vegetables and fruits, have fruits in abundance, have salads in abundance, your gut will start cleaning itself. Cravings are nothing but wrong messages from the gut to the brain sent by bad bacteria and viruses To get food for their survival. Once you start cleaning the gut, The current cravings automatically vanish. It also takes some willpower and determination to handle these initially. Please remember that once you start detoxing, you will have a lot of cravings which are hidden emotions/suppressed emotions for food which were not handled properly in the past. At that time it is best to make a choice to pick fruits in place of those foods otherwise the vicious cycle will continue to haunt you. Remember that every single living beings including viruses and bacteria will fight for their survival. When you stop giving the foods that they feed on, they will send wrong messages to the brain for wanting the wrong foods. If you give in to their demands they will continue to thrive in your body causing harm. Hence you must be aware that hunger is a sign for the body asking for glucose and cravings are wrong messages going to the brain because of the toxic accumulation in your body.

Rest assured people have handled their cravings successfully for a long time even from extreme food addictions by surrendering to the power of fruits vegetables and leafy greens in the form of juicing and whole produce.

 In case, you start eating clean, remove dairy eggs fish sugar meat wheat maida salty foods oils in cooking and go Big Bang on having fruits all morning, veggies all afternoon and finish an early dinner with millets, you will still face cravings initially but it will get washed off soon and you will get an aversion to those overtime.
