Stretch Marks 

 

 

Greetings,

 

 

This is a great question and stretch marks can be the result of sudden weight gain or sudden weight loss. Hopefully you are happy with the weight you have achieved and are keen to have glowing ,stretch mark free skin. 

 

Some tips to help you :

 

 

1. Application of Almond oil Massage

 

 

2. Green juice Daily -

 

These can be made from Bael fruit leaves{ Stone Apple} /Curry leaves/ Wheat grass or local grass in the park called Dhurva grass/ Tulsi /Basil leaves, Using one leaf at a time and keep changing these for each day of the week. These are rich in Chlorophyll, which is very similar to blood and rejuvenates and nourished the body. Cravings will fall drastically when you have drunk this juice, 120 ml or more daily for 1 week. Drink this first thing in morning, on empty stomach and leave a gap of 1 hour or 2 , before eating something.

 

3. Daily Walk - 

 

Movement is essential for transfer of nutrients in the body and only through nutrients the repair and healing of skin will take place. 

 

4. Nutrition - Food needs to have five factors for it to be healing and cleansing and aid in nutrition absorption. 

 

 

  •  Fibre ~ naturally present fibre , bran doesn't count because at first we remove bran from the package that nature had sent it in, and then we attempt to enhance food value of other refined foods by adding bran.   

 

 

  • Water ~

 

 

            When food lacks natural water, body is            

 

 forced into dehydration in order to assimilate this    water devoid food. Of course we can keep adding the tap water in pulses or grains, but this doesn't count as natural water that exists in tomatoes and cucumbers.

 

 

  •   Life Force ~ Packaged foods do not go stale while freshly squeezed coconut or almond milk goes rancid in an hour. This life force is present in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts or seeds, but as soon as these are cooked, life begins to diminish.

 

 

 

  •  Plant based foods ~ Plant foods are Simpler to digest 

 

 

  • Whole foods ~ When we break down a food into parts, it reduces the nutrition to a small miniscule portion.

 

 

5. Breath Awareness - 

 

Deep , regular , rhythmic breathing needs to be practised. Take care to stay outdoors when you practice deep breathing. When you inhale, hold your breath for a bit, and after you exhale , hold your breath again. Repeat this Inhale, Hold, Exhale , Hold process for ten times. Every week , double the repeatitions , till you reach 60 or twenty minutes. Also keep your doors and windows open all the time and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

 

6. Sleep 9 to 12 hours daily

 

 

7. Meet friends and family you love 

 

This will help to increase the happy hormones dopamine and oxytocin in your body, which encourage overall cellular repair and growth.

Stretch marks will tighten after muscle toning usually. Having enough positive foods will keep the skin tone good. Positive foods are fruits, vegetables and greens. Avoiding animal foods will keep the skin growth healthy, muscle growth healthy too. 

A general routine for healthy lifestyle is as follows :-

 

Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice 

followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. 

In the afternoon have vegetable Salads with greens. 

Only for dinner add to wholefood plant-based cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). 

 

Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. Sweating and muscle building will remove the stretch marks.

 

Remove dairy eggs meat fish absolutely from your life. Remove sugar , fried foods , ready to eat foods from packets etc. 

Exposure to sunlight for 40 mins

  • Stretch marks appears in our body due to rapid charges in our skin. 
  • Both genders get the stretch marks. It occurs commonly in arms, back, stomach, buttocks. 
  • Stretch marks can complete sure by natural methods/way.
  • Diet. Vitamin A rich foods helps the skin to get stretch marks disappear. Retinoids in Vitamin A helps skin to get smoother. 
  • Take more fruits and vegetables.
  • Drinks more water and keep hydrated always. 
  • Applying coconutoil oil /castor oil/olive oil and massage on the stretch marks helps to remove the marks.
  • Applying aloe Vera gel on the stretch marks also more beneficial.
  • Apply lemon juice on the after area and massage in circular motions and leave it for 15-20 mins then rinse.
  • Applying honey mixed with a pinch of turmeric also helps to remove stretch marks. 
  • Applying crushed onion or garlic on the affected also more effective and removes stretch marks. 
  • Massage using oils followd by steam or sauna bath.
  • Mud application on the stretch marks also helps to remove the marks.

हेलो,

 

कारण - स्ट्रेच मार्क्स स्ट्रेच मार्क्स पूरे शरीर में सिर्फ चेहरे को छोड़कर कहीं भी हो सकता है। हाथ, पैर, पेट और पीठ किसी भी जगह स्ट्रेच मार्क्स हो सकते हैं। स्ट्रेच मार्क्स सबसे ज्यादा बट, पेट और थाईज पर होता हैं।

स्किन पर साफतौर पर दिखने वाले ये स्ट्रेच मार्क्स स्किन की ऊपरी पर्त पर नहीं बल्कि बीच की लेयर पर होते हैं, जिसे डरमिस कहा जाता है। त्वचा के खींचने के कारण यह थोड़े वक्त के लिए शरीर पर दिखने लगते हैं। उदाहरण के तौर पर प्रेग्नेंसी के दौरान स्किन सिर्फ कुछ महीनों के लिए ही खिंचती है। बता दें कि ऐसा तब होता है जब त्वचा में कोलेजन और इलास्टिन बनना बंद हो जाता है और इसी कारण से स्किन लटक जाती है।

अलग-अलग स्किन टोन के अलग-अलग स्ट्रेच मार्क्स पड़ते हैं। गोरी त्वचा पर हल्के लाल और पिंक रंग के स्ट्रेच मार्क्स पड़ते हैं। वहीं टैन त्वचा पर आपकी स्किन से लाइट कलर के स्ट्रेच मार्क्स पड़ते हैं। अगर बात करें हर वक्त खींची रहने वाली त्वचा की तो इस पर पिगमेंट-प्रोडक्शन सेल्स डैमेज होते हैं, जिस वजह से मार्क्स सांवले हो जाते हैं।

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

समाधान - पके हुए केले का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20मिनट के लिए और निम्बू रस से साफ़ करें। खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा। बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
