समाधान - दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में
और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, मकरासन,
पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।
10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of arthritis that primarily affects the spine, and also other joints. It causes inflammation of the spinal joints (vertebrae) that can lead to severe, chronic pain and discomfort. If not treated properly, the vertebrae in the spine starts to fuse together. This makes the spine less flexible and leads to a hunched-over posture and trouble in normal breathing.
Maintain Good posture: Check your posture frequently at home, in bed and at work- Make sure you’re well-aligned and that you do gentle range-of-motion exercises often to avoid long periods of immobility."
Warm Applications: Warm bath or shower is a natural way to relieve the pain and stiffness of ankylosing spondylitis. Stretching to relieve pain and stiffness is also better after a warm shower. You should avoid stretching with cold joints and muscles. Regular application of Alternate hot and cold compresses on painful areas is an another natural pain-relieving technique and reducing inflammation.
Massage: Massage helps to relieve the pain and stiffness, decrease stress and muscle tension of ankylosing spondylitis, also helps to ease the stress commonly brought on by having a chronic condition, aids in relaxation and improve overall wellbeing.

Ankylosing spondylosis is a form of arthritis that mostly affects the spine and other joints of the body .
It affects almost every part of the spine but mostly affected parts are the joint where spine and pelvis meet.
To begin with, go for a healthy diet pattern which includes fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
• Calcium and vitamin D rich diet such as dark leafy greens, beans and lentils.
• An anti-inflammatory diet and omega 3 rich foods such as chia seeds, flax seeds, garlic and gingers should be included.
• Avoid oily, spicy, sugary foods, smoking can worsen the condition.
• Avoid lifting heavyweight as it will strain the back muscles and weekend the joints.
• Do not rest for long, it can stiffen your joints and muscles. Keep stretching .
• Correcting the postures is very important. Wrong postures including sitting, standing or sleeping can worsen the conditions.
• Ice massage for 10-15 minutes can help reduce inflammation on the back. Apply ice directly or indirectly before strengthening exercise.
• Heat application such as hot fomentation or moist heat for 5-10 minutes can help increase blood flow to the strained muscles and relief pain.
• Body massage with essential oil can help relieve the pain .
• An exercise that strengthens the back muscles is very important. Any back stretching and strengthening exercises should be continued.
• Go for back strengthening yoga asana from a certified practitioner. Correct asana practices can help strengthen the back muscles and relief back pain. Mobility and flexibility is very important and should be kept in check.
