Making different types of oils and face wash will definitely help in developing a good skincare regime, here is something you can include in your whole day to make your skin look, soft supple and beautiful.

  1. Start your day with lemon and honey, lemon being citric in nature helps in giving the skin needful shine.
  2. The next thing to include in your diet is bottle-guard and ginger juice which will make your body leaner. And will add extra oil to your skin which will help in glow.
  3. Including orange juice also will give your skin required glow and oils.
  4. Beetroot is another such thing which gives the skin pinkish tinge and related needed glow.
  5. Massage your face with aloe vera gel and coconut oil daily at night to keep the moisture intact.
  6. Always remove your make up when sleeping.

Thank you

Hi
Dryness in skin happens due to dehydration. Avoid getting dehydrated by drinking more water and fruit juices and keep hydrated.

  • Avoid taking regular warm bath or too hot water bath.
  • Avoid hard soaps,  use mild soaps.
  • Use moisturizers after taking bath.
  • Use natural moisturizers like aloevera gel, coconut oil etc.
  • Apply olive oil in the face and neck massage for few minutes then wash your face and rinse, helps to maintain moisture and helps tone skin.
  • Apply avocado face mask which act as a natural creamy moisturizer, howls to maintain skin supple and soft.
  • Applying castor oil, sesame oil on face and massage for a few minutes before bath also helps to moisten your face.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables more.
  • Avoid processed and preserved food products.
  • Avoid fried, spicy and fatty items.
  • Avoid sugar, white flour, polished rice etc.
  • Consume more nuts and dry fruits.
  • Sleep atleast 7-8 hrs helps to keep your face fresh and relieves stress.  Stress causes hormonal imbalance leads to dry skin, acne and other problems.
  • Doing regular physical exercises and yoga also helps to balance the endocrine system and help to get healthy glowing skin.

Beyond all this a healthy lifestyle, a hydrated body also keeps your face glowing. Hydrating with enough fruit veg juices brings wonders to your skin. Fruits are natural moisturisers. Dryness also is called due to an acidic condition caused by dairy meat eggs fish sugar excess cooked foods alcohol coffee teas. Try to avoid that and increase raw foods and your skin will naturally become hydrated. I don’t use creams or soaps and I don’t feel dry. My hairwash and body wash has enough oils to keep me naturally soft
