I m 53/f. My uterus has dropped down. How to correct it naturally?

When pelvic floor muscles and ligaments stretch and become loose in nature it causes prolapse. The ligaments which are holding the uterus in place becomes flexible and as a result, the uterus starts protruding out. This can occur any time, most common in the postnatal situation. To improve muscle tonicity you can try these yoga postures which will give a good grip.

Yoga postures like:

1. Tadasana will help in the improvement of muscles tonicity it is also called a mountain pose.

2. Mula bandha, it focusses on core abdominal muscles which help in improving the muscle strength of your core.

3. Raising your legs alternately will help in improving the core as well as thigh muscles.

Kegel exercises like contacting and leaving of the vagina will also help in dealing with prolapses.

हेलो,

कारण - गर्भाशय या गर्भ महिलाओं के शरीर में पेशियों से बनी एक संरचना होती है, जो पेल्विक की मांसपेशियों और लिगामेंट्स की मदद से अपनी जगह पर स्थिर रहती है। जब ये मांसपेशियां व लिगामेंट्स कमजोर पड़ जाते हैं या इनमें सामान्य से अधिक खिंचाव आ जाता है। ऐसी स्थिति में ये गर्भाशय को सहारा प्रदान नहीं कर पाते हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप गर्भाशय बाहर निकल जाता है। इस स्थिति को मेडिकल भाषा में “यूटेराइन प्रोलैप्स” (Uterine prolapse) कहा जाता है, जिसमें बच्चेदानी अपनी सामान्य जगह से सरक कर योनि की तरफ आ जाती है। बच्चेदानी बाहर आने कि समस्या किसी भी महिला को किसी भी उम्र में हो सकती है। लेकिन ज्यादातर रजोनिवृत्ति के बाद महिलाओं को होती है, जिनको एक या उससे अधिक योनि प्रसव हो चुके हों। 

प्रोलैप्स, पेल्विक अंग को सहारा देने वाली लिगामेंट्स व मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव आने के कारण होता है, जिसके कारण इनसे जुड़े अंग नीचे की तरफ लटक जाते हैं। प्रोलैप्स का मतलब होता है, जगह से सरक कर बाहर की तरफ निकल जाना। 

समाधान - ताड़ासन, सलभासन, गोमुख आसन, भुजंग आसन, मर्ज़ारि आसन करें।

पेशाब जब करें 10sec hold करके करें  ऐसा जब जब पेशाब करें तो अभ्यास करें।

एक टब में पानी डाल कर 20 मिनट बैठें। टब में बैठ कर गहरा लंबा साँस लेकर योनि को ऊपर खींचे। साँस छोड़ते हुए नोर्मल हो जाएँ इस चक्र को 10 बार दोहराएँ।

क़ब्ज़ होने से बचें।

सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। शाम

5 बजे पेठे का जूस लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Dropping of Uterus or Uterine prolapse occurs when pelvic floor muscles and ligaments stretch and weaken, no longer able provide enough support for the uterus. As a result, the uterus slips down into or protrudes out of the vagina. Uterine prolapse can occur in women of any age. But it more commonly seen in postmenopausal women who've had one or more vaginal deliveries.

Main causes are as follows: Difficulty in labor and delivery or trauma during childbirth, Delivery of a large baby, overweight or obese, Lower estrogen level after menopause Chronic constipation or straining with bowel movements Chronic cough or bronchitis, Repeated/improper heavy lifting.

  • Perform Kegel exercises regularly. These exercises can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
  • Treat and prevent constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and eat high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans and whole-grain cereals.
  • Avoid heavy lifting heavy objects and lift correctly. When lifting, use your legs instead of your waist or back.
  • Avoid cough. Get treatment for a chronic cough or bronchitis which gives pressure on abdomen.
  • Avoid weight gain. Maintain Ideal weight.

Practice regular Yoga:

Asana: Sisupalasana, Bhadrasana, Viparita karani,Sethu bandhasana

Pranayam: Nadi shuddhi. Bhramari and Ujjayi.

Meditation and relaxation practices to reduce stress.

  • Take proper balanced healthy diet.  
  • Consume more fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid fast foods and preserved food items. 
  • Avoid non vegetarian, milk and milk products.
