Where can I get rice flour or can I make it at home?

Ready-made rice flour can be purchased from supermarkets. Alternatively, you can soak raw rice for about 4 hours, drain and dry grind the same and then roast it over a slow flame to ensure there’s no dampness left in the flour. This can then be stored in an airtight container and used as required.

Hi! I often use rice flour in different recipes. So far I have been using Organic Tattva rice flour. Am very satisfied. Its easily available in supermarkets, else you could order online.
