Why I'm getting headache frequently

 Headaches are one of the most common sources of discomfort. Although their cause may be many, their symptoms can indicate the type of headache you’re having. 

Therefore, to treat the discomfort effectively, it’s important to determine the type of headache that’s tormenting you. They aren’t usually symptoms of serious or dangerous illnesses. Sometimes, they’re caused by stress, poor diet, or lack of movement. Other times, they can be a sign that something else is happening in your body.  To relieve your headache, it’s important to determine the type of headache you’re having. 

Natural Home Remedies for Headache 

1) Apply lemon on the forehead- grind up 2-3 lemon peels to create a thick paste. The fragrance of lemon will calm your senses and lemon paste will soothe the pain. Or simply rub it on your forehead. The throbbing should go away.

2) Ice water relief - Place your hand in ice cold-water and flex them Do gentle massage on your ears and neck.

3) Go out and takes fresh air.

4) Apply a pack of cold compressed ice pack to your head or neck it will help dull the sensation of pain.

5) Add breathing exercise, inhale from one nostril and exhale from another. 

6) In an acute attack of common cold or migraine headache, put Ajwain powder in a thin cloth and smell this frequently, it will provide tremendous symptomatic relief.

7) Substitute caffeine drinks with water, Fresh Fruit juice like Pomegranate.

8) Cardamom (Elaichi) Tea is a tasty way to boost digestion, relieves headaches and stomach cramps. Along with that, it has a cooling effect on the body.

9) Spinach contains high amount of folic acid and vitamin B to improve in the migraine symptoms. So consume lots of this green leafy veggies in your diet to treat the symptoms.

10) Neem is being considered to be one of the best remedies to get rid of your Headache. Take 1 small spoon Neem powder with water in the morning.

Hi,

Headache could be due to various reasons ranging from lack of sleep, stress to digestive issues. It is important that you find out the trigger in your case and eliminate it. In most cases digestion is the main cause. Incomplete evacuation of the bowels from the digestive system leads to bacteria feeding on it. This in turn leads to release of gases which can cause headache. Other factors like lack of sleep, too much caffeine, stress, hormonal changes or even if your eyesight needs correction can be the trigger factors. In any case following a healthy lifestyle would help.

Lifestyle changes

  • Avoid all grains, animal foods, dairy, packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. They are all difficult to digest by the body. They create a toxic environment in the body.
  • Include plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. Fruits should be taken for breakfast. Since the body is in the elimination mode and fruits are predigested, they cause minimum load on the body. They also contain fibre and help in clearing the bowels.
  • Proper rest and sleep. This helps the body to repair and recover. Our digestive system also gets rest and it can focus on the cleaning aspect of the body.
  • Physical activity every day helps clear bowels. Movement by the body is essential to get rid of waste materials.
  • Manage stress either by yoga, exposure to nature or even meditation. All these release happy hormones and the body can rest and repair.

कारण - सिर के दर्द अक्सर होने का कारण शरीर में ऑक्सिजन और मिनरल की कमी हो सकती है।

शरीर में ख़राब हाज़मा के कारण अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है। अम्ल अधिक होने पर ऑक्सिजन के संचार और अन्य पोषक तत्व की कमी हो जाती है।

दोषपुर्ण आहार, तनाव, अनिद्रा और शारीरिक शिथिलता ख़राब हाज़मा का मुख्य कारण है।

समाधान - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। 

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

In winters people tend to have a frequent headache for the simple reason our body's requirement of water is not fulfilled because there is less thirst, that is why due to the body going under dehydration, in turn, produces an asymptomatic headache.

Another important reason is, taking care of your ears frequent exposure in the cold draft of air creates our blood vessels to constrict to maintain body temperature but these mechanism reduces blood circulation and causes headache frequently. Consumption of jaggery dates spices like cinnamon, cardamon etc helps in keeping you warm.

Headache:

A headache is a symptom

Causes: 

Improper diet and lifestyle causes causing headache. Headache is also often caused by emotional stress, overwork or insomnia.

Symptoms:

Pain in the back of the neck and shoulders.
Pain in the head

Diet & Lifestyle Advice:

Have warm and easily digestible foods, boiled and steamed vegetables, soups, vegetable juices, porridge, brown rice and whole-wheat flour.

Eat fruits like apples, papayas, mangoes, grapes and pears.

Also, 5-6 almonds or walnuts and some raisins can be eaten each day.

Avoid refined, oily, spicy, cold and stale food.

Avoid working for long hours continuously; take short breaks. Have a good night’s sleep in a dark room.

Headache occurs due to any infections, due to tension,  emotional stress,  sometimes due to bright light, loud noises, strong smells and intracranial pressure etc. 

  • Taking proper diet and change in life helps to prevent and cure headache. 
  • Main cause for headache is Stress. Control your stress level by practising Yogasanas, pranayama and meditation.
  • Regular practice of jala neti a cleansing procedure in Yoga also helps. 
  • Practice deep breathing regularly. 
  • Take more fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid dairy products and non-veg. 
  • Hotfoot bath helps to relieve from migraines.
  • Hot hand and foot bath also more beneficial.
  • Acupressure and acupuncture therapies are more beneficial in treating migraine.
  • Direct sunlight in day time may increase your headache.

A headache could be a sign of stress or emotional distress, or it could even result from a medical condition, such as migraine or high blood pressure, anxiety, or depression. It could lead to other problems. People suffering from chronic migraine headaches, for example, may find it hard to attend work or school regularly.

Headache often occurs, due to tension, emotional stress, sometimes due to even on exposure to bright light, loud noises, strong smells or due to intracranial pressure, etc.

  • Taking proper diet and lifestyle change could aid to prevent and cure headaches.

There could be n numbers of factors responsible for headache some could be:-
withdrawal of caffeine, withdrawal of analgesics after long term use, etc. and use of certain drugs that widen blood vessels (such as nitroglycerin).
The opinion of some renowned doctors:-
Professor J.A.Simpson, chairman of the Institute of Neurological Sciences at Glasgow, observed;-
''It is my belief that we still don't have any good treatment. A no.of different drugs are being used & tried, but the old fashioned aspirin is still the fundamental treatment, quite good & cheap. Other drugs help some patients but there is no universal remedy." "A lot of headaches are what we call psychogenic. It derives from the stress of the mind & no drug will ever be able to get rid of that. So headaches may never be completely eliminated.'' Some years ago Dr. J.F Montague, M.D., of U.S.A., observed. However, it must be apparent that one is hardly doing himself & his health any justice by merely taking a tablet or a powder in such an instance. When a headache, is Nature's way of telling the possessor of that head that there is something wrong. It is no more logical for u to abolish that headache without determining the cause of it then it would be for an automobilist to knock down the red signal[light] & keep ongoing.
A very famous physician is said to have made a half wry remark to his students that, after graduation, they would be entitled to call themselves doctors if they could ''accomplish'' the most difficult medical task of  ---''curing a severe ''HEADACHE.''   10. Abdomen wet pack for 20 minutes twice in the day. 
  11. Needless to mention that avoid all enervating foods tea and coffee, processed, manufactured, preserved foods, avoid all animal products, smoking, alcoholic beverages.
  12. Complete detox from all screens, viz laptops, T.V., smartphones for quite some time or use them sparingly as and when needed. All your health issues will be radically cured within a short period
