During my menstrual cycle I bleed only for first 2 or maximum 3 days. Is this normal or my body generates less blood or any other issue? How can I cure from this as I see this change directly after my marriage and it's now been 10 months?

Hello,

No need to worry about it,  also after the act of coition there are chances that are hormonal function changes. Normal menstrual cycle for every girl is 20-40 days which is considered normal, at the same time flow between 2-7 days is very much normal. So physiologically you are very much fine.

Continue having a healthy lifestyle and exercise daily.

Happy health.

Thank you

I don't think that matters. A clean body does not see the need to shed more. Excess unwanted toxins come out every month. Uterus would have prepared itself for a baby. When it does not happen, it sheds. It's a natural process and 3 days is ok unless you are not leading a lifestyle that's healthy with fruits greens and vegetables in raw form, off dairy, meat, eggs, fish etc. If you are still on all those, notice if the bleeding comes when further. If that's the case, then you need to change your lifestyle for the good of yourself and your future baby.

Dear health seeker

Menstruation depends upon the health of the individual, a healthy female will bleed only to shed the lining and toxins and if both are quite minimal then the period will last only for few days and is quite normal. But you may have to check for the pregnancy test, Because if you are pregnant then also there wouldn't be any bleeding  You have mentioned of getting married recently then it could be the good news you are waiting for.

I have read in books that very healthy women living in out spaces in villages and are exposed to the sun for a pretty long time and eating lots of fruits and vegetables raw and conservatively cooked menstruate for few days and some of them hardly menstruate.

So please, judge both the alternatives your self. It is not be scared of.
