Dear health seeker Swadhin,

I have successfully treated many patients of weak digestion, I myself suffered from weak digestion. The main cause of weak digestion is underlying Dyspepsia (hungerless ness). At the age of only 18 years suffering from Dyspepsia warrants to understand the causes of your problem. Deeply, but since we don't have your back history, it is presumed that some acute diseases have been suppressed by medication for a long time. You could have been vaccinated several times, foods eaten all these years were all enervating and devitalising. You might have consumed food supplements, tea coffee, cola, eggs, meat, chicken etc.

You will have to cut down totally all the above foodless foods, medicine if any. Live healthily, Including more of vegetables raw and cooked.

  • Conservatively eat salads (without oil, spices and condiments) and fruits to the extent of 70% and rest carbs, seeds, beans that too as per the laws of Vital Economy means eating only up to 2/3rds of the capacity of the stomach.
  • Eat only when hungry
  • Go for a brisk walk
  • Expose the body  to the sun  every day
  • Self-massage
  • Chew your foods thoroughly
  • Fast for a day every week on fruits juices

Initially, you may feel a little week outwardly but you will feel a lightness. A  keen hunger will be the reward and overall  restoration of  normalcy

Due to irregular dietary disturbances, there are problems related to liver and acidity, Extra calories - excess of dietary calories in food makes fat in the liver. This excess of fat in the liver gives rise to the problem of fatty liver. Decreased liver efficiency, when the liver process is affected due to any reason, it is unable to carry out the process of breaking down fat. As a result, excess fat accumulates in the liver, causing fatty liver problems. Also, consumption of alcohol or junk foods or unhealthy lifestyles could cause various health problems.

Some simple ways to tackle this problem is to follow a strict diet regime which could help you:

  1. Eat seasonal fruits: Fruits like litchi, papaya, apples, berries, plums, cherries, pears, pomegranates, jamuns. These seasonal fruits could boost up your immune system. Avoid musk melon and watermelons.
  2. Reduce or avoid salt intake: This could retain the water in the body and not only that, it would increase the blood pressure which could again increase the risk of other monsoon borne health conditions.
  3. Reduce intake of watery foods: Foods like buttermilk, lassi, rice, watermelon, muskmelon, etc could increase the risk of your body more prone to catch some infections easily.
  4. Avoid spicy or oily diet: these could be difficult for the digestion process and also make our body more prone to infections.nclude garlic in your diet: Garlic could boost up your immunity when you could include in your diet.
  5. Avoid milk products. It is better to avoid all milk products. If you wish and if you are habituated, then you may avoid milk, instead, you may use curd or buttermilk during the day if at all. It is the best policy to avoid milk products during this season.
  6. Avoid out dining or eating out: Avoid junk foods, or eating out as this could increase your risk of infections.
  7. Drink boiled water: In states like Kerala, people boil water with cumin or jeera seeds.
  8. Avoid stale and cold foods...Its is better to avoid them as this could put your body for high risk of infections
  9. Avoid Meats: It is the best policy to avoid non- vegetarian foods.
