I have health related anxiety. What can I do?

Anxiety is a physiological problem that is caused by the chaotic world. Anxiety prepares a person to be aware of danger ahead and be prepared to face it. At times when we fail to check it at the right time, it might harm to the quality of life, mainly the mental wellness and thereby affecting the physical wellness leading to various ailments.

Some natural ways to get rid of it, namely
