What is the natural cure for migraine and high blood pressure?

These are just eliminations like a fever cold or a cough. You may have a migraine while some called it an allergy on skin or allergy if their nose is leaking constantly. Basically, blood becomes toxic with waste and it’s carrying many more things that it is not able to dispose,  it has tried to dispose in the form of cold cough or any elimination, and typically people tend to suppress its attempt with a medication which did not really help clean the cause. In such cases the heart tends to increase the pressure to push this thick blood in its arteries which are thin for a viscous blood. This is called blood pressure. Your medication is trying to thin the blood but not remove the root cause of removing the  toxins it’s carrying. The toxins are still out there causing damage to other organs including the heart. 

So migraine is also one of the symptoms because the brain is also impacted with the toxicity of the blood. It’s important to address this very soon before something major goes wrong. Usually brain haemorrhage is common during high bp. 

Well, the good news is that this is very much reversible and with willpower and discipline you can definitely become normal.

Which do you choose ?

However while healing on this new lifestyle, you must not take any more extra meds when the body throws out toxins in the form of unexplained problems like migraine headache pains fevers vomiting loose motions sinus cold cough etc. watch the bp readings daily and manage the medications. Overtime the meds won’t be necessary. Maintain this lifestyle forever. Once u heal fully some relaxation is possible, but after suffering a lot you may not want to lead your old lifestyle anymore. All the best and this is my suggestion on how to manage 

Morning on empty stomach 

Celery juice 250 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 

Followed by - 

Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  

More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

Afternoon from 12 - answer hunger calls 

A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 

A bowl of salad which includes coconut / flax or sesame in any form 

More hunger - tender coconut water or coconut pieces with some dates or seed balls with dates 2-3 

Dinner 2 hrs before sleep 

Gluten free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies

Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , meat  or animal derived foods, 

include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) See if u can go to the sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 

Walking 30 mins daily 

Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2am which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it. Body always tries to protect you in many ways even if it has to carry junk for ages. As long as heart is functioning it’s protecting you. Remember, body was abused for many yrs, few more months is needed to rectify it back to shape. Trying is your job, healing is body’s job. It knows best how to heal. Eat only foods that are as close to nature as possible. Avoid man made junk and processed and ready foods.

Answer is simple REMOVE THE CAUSE

Cause is not living and eating according to Nature.

Excess toxins are circulating in our body. Based on choices and our individual genetic makeup these toxins manifest in different ways.

There are three stages

Acute
Chronic 
Degenerative

Acute diseases are body healing mechanism. Like we get our car serviced.

Body eliminates toxins through

STOOL/URINE
BREATH
SWEAT
MOUTH

So, it chooses method to detoxify through combination.

So we get

Diahrrea /loose motions ( STOOL)
Cold cough (Breath)
Fever( Sweat)
Mouth (Vomitting)

Do you now realise why above methods are common and there is no medicine to cure.

If we suppress above through medications and continue we reach

CHRONIC

body accumulates toxins in various parts

Joints (arthritis)
Arteries ( hypertension)
Head ( migraine)

The natural cure is to let nature take over :-). Do everything as Mother Nature wants you to and she will bless you. It's the same as when a kid does something wrong, his / her mother scolds or explains or punishes. When we follow a wrong lifestyle, Mother Nature communicates with us through the illnesses/diseases. It's just as a signal to get our act together and once we do that, why will the mother deprive her child of good health?

In natural cure, the cures are not different for different issues. There is one cure for all - remove all waste material from your body, so that body can function properly & keep you healthy.

How is this waste material made -

  1. when you eat the wrong foods
  2. when you take excessive stress or think negatively
  3. when you don't sleep well & enough
  4. when you don't rest well, overexert physically & mentally
  5. when you lead a sedentary lifestyle
  6. when you don't soak the sun
  7. when you don't breathe fresh air

Yes!! There's a lot we need to do for our health in today's times!! Work on each of these and incorporate Natural Foods in your diet. Eat as per the circadian rythm and eat the right combinations.
