My son who is 14 years of age started having tics since about 4 years ago- an involuntary movement in which he opens his mouth every minute or so. He is very thin for his age as well. Any recommendation?

Specific recommendation cannot be offered with this little information.

The problems of tics can be reversed by opting a consistent better lifestyle.

I would recommend the child to undergo a nature cure diagnostic for faster improvements.

Otherwise, in any way, the consistent conservation of vitality* with patience will definitely pay off towards the reversing the problem.

CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions.

  • RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE.

  • BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and

  • STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT.

I can empathize with your condition since my son has the same. Not very much is known about what causes this condition though heavy metals in particular, mercury is supposed to be the reason.

I dont know the solution yet but I have observed that his condition intensifies if he has dairy, eats out or has any packaged food including sugar.

So please work on providing him home cooked food. Shift slowly to predominantly raw diet, eliminate dairy, non veg and sugar from his diet.

I give him a small cup of coriander and celery juice everyday to draw out the heavy metals.

Limit gadget exposure and let him sleep early everyday.

Ensure he gets time outside in the Sun.

Did you recently vaccinate your child ?

Tics is again similar to the nerves being inflammed due to a heavy metal like mercury deposits in the body. Check if he was ok in the past. You will need to work majorly on a raw diet to detox him. Diary animal foods processed foods sugar and any so called normal foods that people with a wrong lifestyle eat must be avoided.

You might have to get creative to introduce more fruits in his diet.

Include the following

Coriander a cup raw

Celery juice

Fruits as much as possible

He will start detoxing soon. The earlier the better to start bcoz once mercury or other heavy metals start oxidising it will cause more and more issues in the future. I suggest not to medicate his for this condition
